 Ultraviolet lamp introduction:

XPRCS101 ultraviolet high pressure mercury lamp is mainly used for ink curing, photolithography, soft packaging color printing, paper glazing, tin canning circuit boards, electronic component curing and plastic and rubber aging experiments, etc. The spectrum of this lamp is (350nm-450nm with 365nm as the center) and is mostly used in shoe factories. It is used for the irradiation and drying of group surface UV varnish and sole shoe glue. It replaces the American CS101 and CS441c series. It has exquisite workmanship and is no different from imported lamps in appearance and quality. At present, many domestic and foreign customers choose our products and have been mass-produced. This lamp must be used in conjunction with the corresponding leakage magnetic transformer, and a series capacitor and a discharge resistor are added; the principle of curing shoe glue is that high crystalline MOULD and low-crystalline EPDM, EVA and other materials are not easy to adhere. We first use UV curing to harden the surface of these materials to make them easy to adhere. After drying, we irradiate them with our UV ultraviolet lamp to split the initiator to produce free radicals, which initiates a polymerization reaction, making UV curablepolymer and UV curable The monomer is attached to the shoe material, and after being attached to the shoe material, its elasticity increases, making it easier to adhere.
